Every tool is on the free plan — all offer types, unlimited collaborators, sponsorship packages, agreements and reports. You only need to upgrade once you publish more than ten events in a year. Prices shown are all-in; no hidden fees on top.
The full toolkit, free. Organize, collaborate and sponsor from one account.
Only needed once you run more than 10 events a year.
For production companies and agencies managing events at scale

Card processing: When funding a distribution via card, Stripe applies 2.9% + CA$0.30 per transaction. We recommend connecting your Stripe account to receive payouts via bank transfer — this avoids the card processing charge. Collaborators without Stripe can add a bank account for direct ACH transfers.
Charged only when you use EventSplit to transfer payouts to collaborators. Deducted from your net profit before collaborator shares are calculated. Distribute manually — no fee.

Studio organizers can upload their logo, brand colors, and business name so that all contracts, profit reports, and notification emails show their agency identity — not EventSplit's. Ideal for production companies pitching to sponsors and collaborators who expect polished, professional deliverables.

Do people need an account to see my event?
No. Anyone can browse events, open your event page, like it and mark themselves as going without signing up. An account is only needed to organize, collaborate on, or sponsor an event.
What counts towards the 10 free events?
Every event you publish (set to active) counts, measured over a rolling 12-month window. Drafts don't count, and an event you published 13 months ago no longer counts against you. Once you're past ten in a year, Pro removes the limit.
Are any tools locked behind a paid plan?
No. The free plan includes every offer type — fixed fee, revenue share and hybrid — plus unlimited collaborators, sponsorship packages, all agreement templates, expense tracking with receipts, and full profit reports. Paid plans change your event volume, your distribution fee rate, and (on Studio) white-label branding.
Do I have to choose organizer, collaborator or sponsor?
No. One free account gives you all three portals. You can run your own event and take a paid role on someone else's without a second account or an upgrade.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Your existing events and data carry over, and the higher plan takes effect immediately.
Is the distribution fee on top of the plan price?
No. The distribution fee is separate and only applies if you use EventSplit to process and transfer payouts after your event closes. If you distribute manually, no distribution fee applies. The rate depends on your plan: 3% (Free), 2% (Pro), or 1% (Studio). The fee is deducted from your net profit before collaborator shares are calculated.
Are there any card processing fees?
When funding a distribution via card, Stripe applies 2.9% + CA$0.30 per transaction. We recommend connecting a Stripe account to receive payouts via bank transfer and avoid this charge. Collaborators without Stripe can add a bank account for direct transfers.
What does white-label include?
Studio organizers can upload their logo and brand color so that agreement PDFs, profit reports, and email notifications display their agency name and branding instead of EventSplit's. It does not include a custom domain.
EventSplit provides planning, tracking, reporting, and agreement management tools for event organizers and collaborators. EventSplit does not provide legal, financial, securities, tax, or investment advice. All agreement templates are provided for convenience only and should be reviewed by a qualified professional before use. Revenue-share payouts are not guaranteed and depend on actual event performance and the written agreement.
